Suggested use

For clarity, we list suggestions for each product separately:

Strong 50% CBD paste

Take a small quantity of the paste under your tongue up to 2 times per day, squeezing a small amount (the size of a grain of rice / one small mark) from the syringe onto your finger and then placing the paste under your tongue.

• 1 ml of product = 500mg of cannabidiol (CBD)
• The syringe has marks to show each full ml and 5 smaller marks within each ml (100mg each).

Hold under the tongue for 60 seconds and then swallow (or as directed by a health practitioner). This 20% paste can also be mixed with food or drink and used topically.

• We recommend taking the paste before breakfast and dinner.
• We also recommend taking the strong hemp tea included in this bundle with this paste, as the tea’s high CBDa content synergises well with CBD extracts.

Strong 50% CBD oil

Take 2 drops under the tongue, hold it for 3 minutes and then swallow.

High-strength: 1 drop = 25mg of pure CBD extract

1 bottle = approximately 200 drops

• Use a mirror to ensure you take the intended number of drops.
• We recommend taking the oil before breakfast and dinner.
• When you're nearly finished with the bottle, if you have trouble using the remaining oil at the bottom, you can mix it up with olive oil, hemp oil or your favourite oil.

What if the oil crystallises?

When exposed to low temperatures, high-percentage oils can crystallise. If you are having trouble getting some of the oil out of the bottle or dropper, let it sit inside a mug with warm water until it returns to its liquid form. This won’t affect the quality of the extract.

Precautions for 50% CBD oil

• Do not shake before use. Just swirl gently to mix.
• Keep away from sunlight, excessive heat and humidity.
• Signature Collection 5000mg CBD oil is a high-strength concentrate. As a result, the oil is thick, and once the bottle is opened, the rim can get oily. To ensure the bottle closes properly, you will need to clean the rim occasionally.
• Store in an upright position. This oil is not suitable for travel because it may leak when subjected to vigorous movement. We recommend using CBD capsules or gummies instead.
• Please note that this product cannot be smoked or vaporised and is intended only for ingestion or topical use.

Strong 1000mg CBD balm

Use topically as needed. 
Rinse in case of contact with eyes or if skin irritation occurs.
Keep away from sunlight, excessive heat and humidity.

Strong 4% CBD tea

Use 1-2 teaspoons of dried CBD hemp tea per cup of boiling water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes. (We recommend brewing it like green tea, with 80-90-degree water.)

Take 3 times per day or as much as needed. This tea is particularly nice in the morning and early evening. If you're combining its use with CBD oil or with the paste, we suggest taking them together.

If you're not having it close to a meal, have a little bit of fat (a biscuit, bread and butter, coconut oil) to enhance the bioavailability of its cannabinoids or mix in a soluble fat like a vegan creamer.
