Suggested use

1. Start by squeezing a small amount (the size of a grain of rice / about a third of a small mark on the syringe) of CBD paste onto your finger.
2. Using your finger, smear the paste under your tongue.
3. Hold for 1-2 minutes so the CBD can be absorbed into your blood
4. Swallow any remaining paste and wash down with a drink of your choice.

The syringe has marks to show each full ml and 5 smaller marks within each ml.

1/5 of a ml contains approx. 100mg of CBD/CBDa.
